Who we are
Viranova Business Consulting is the controller of the personal data described here. Our office is at Barangay Daro, Dumaguete City, 6200 Philippines. You can reach our privacy contact at support@viranova.org.
What we collect
Only what we need: the name, email, phone number and business details you send us through email or our booking tool; correspondence with our team; and limited technical data such as IP address, device and pages viewed. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and hold your strategic call, to deliver and administer engagements, to keep records required by Philippine law, and — where you have consented — to improve the site and measure our marketing. Our legal bases are consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests and legal obligation.
Who we share it with
Service providers acting on our instructions: email and hosting providers, our scheduling provider (Calendly), and professional advisers. Government agencies receive data only where filings or law require it. We do not share your data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside the Philippines, including in the EU and the United States. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent contractual protections.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact. Engagement and accounting records are kept for the period required by Philippine tax and corporate law, then securely deleted.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Residents of the EU/EEA and UK may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority; residents of the Philippines may contact the National Privacy Commission; residents of certain US states may opt out of sharing and appeal a decision. Email us and we will respond within 30 days at no cost.
Security
Access to personal data is limited to team members who need it, protected by strong authentication, and transmitted over encrypted connections. If a breach affects your rights we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
